Key Responsibilities
Managing claimant employment caseload
Manning the Advice line and providing legal advice to Union officers
Support business development and union relationship management
Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and paralegals
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
Strong track record in claimant employment law
Experience working with trade unions is highly desirable
Excellent negotiation, litigation, and communication skills
Passion for employee rights and social justice
