Responsibilities
Managing an independent claimant caseload of moderate to high-value Personal Injury matters – primarily EL and PL
Investigating complex medical issues, applying medical evidence to the law effectively to protect client interests
Managing file finances diligently, including WIP, disbursements, billing, and meeting or exceeding set financial targets
Supervising junior fee earners and support staff
Requirements
Grade A Solicitor (8 years PQE+) or CILEX with extensive experience in EL/PL and high-quality claimant Personal Injury litigation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities
Highly IT literate, ideally with experience using Solicitors Case Management Systems
